Primary Focus: DataGuide implementation for field engineer automated checklists with regulatory and compliance requirements
AI Integration: ServiceMax AI capabilities implementation and optimization
Industry Expertise: Life sciences regulatory compliance, FDA validation requirements, and quality control processes
Analytics Focus: Service-related analytics and reporting capabilities
Specific Deliverables:
Regulatory compliance checklists and automated field forms
ServiceMax AI Chat implementation for technician knowledge access
Advanced analytics for service performance and compliance reporting
