You Make the Cut?The IT Director is responsible for ensuring that the company's IT systems are secure, available, consistent, and reliable at all times. The IT Director will work hands-on to manage key IT initiatives, vendor management, end-user support and training, 3rd party software licensing and hosting, data security, compliance and budgeting/planning.
Is responsible for the installation and configuration of new software and hardware, including the server network, devices and firewallsIs responsible for monitoring system performance, IT system operations and storage utilizationIs responsible for ensuring asset related complianceManages user accounts and assets, and assigns and updates security permissions on the network according to security policiesEnd to end asset management for all the employeesMaintain inventory and asset configuration documentationAssist with hardware, firewall, telecom and software vendor evaluation, recommendation and negotiationsAccepts delivery of equipment and supplies and performs necessary inventory and storage tasksMaintains pool of loaner laptops and other equipmentDiagnoses and resolves hardware and software problems for end-usersEstablish a ticketing system for all types of IT support requests, leveraging MSP as neededSelect and remotely manage/oversee local third-party IT contractors to execute IT setup/troubleshooting work as neededOversee the vendor vetting process and serve as internal point of contact and project manager where needed for any ensuing integrations, engineering support, etcPrepare organization for IT security audits or investigations, if needed

policiesExceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queriesAbility to determine IT needs and train end-usersStrong working knowledge of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting personal computers in a managed desktop environmentExtremely self-motivatedAbility to learn quicklyPassionate about the possibilities at the intersection of AI + BankingComes from an engineering background, computer science (preferably)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAcclimatize and adapt quickly; willing to be part of our ambitious growth plans
