Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Bilaspur. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets, coordinating with distributors and retailers, and overseeing the sales operations within the designated area. The role involves conducting market analysis, generating sales reports, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Sales skills, including achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and generate sales reports
  • Experience in coordinating with distributors and retailers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Bilaspur
