Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and developing new business opportunities in the designated area (Bengaluru, Chennai and Cochin). Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying potential customers, managing sales targets, conducting market research, and providing regular reports on sales performance. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing and product development teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
  • Experience in the Aesthetic Injectable market or medical device industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area for client meetings and promotional activities
