Strategic LeadershipDevelop and execute the company’s sustainability strategy, aligning with corporate goals and standardsOversee the integration of sustainability initiatives across all business units and geographiesAct as a key advisor to senior business management on sustainability related issues and opportunities

Program ManagementDesign and implement sustainability programs and initiatives aimed at reducing environmental impact and promoting social responsibilityMonitor and report on sustainability performance metrics ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standardsDrive innovation in sustainable practices and technologies in Agri related operations

Stakeholder EngagementFoster relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, NGOs and industry groups to advance sustainability initiativesEngage with internal teams to promote a culture of sustainability and ensure alignment with company objectives

Reporting and CommunicationPrepare and present sustainability reports to senior management and external stakeholdersCommunicate sustainability achievements and progress to internal and external audiences

Risk ManagementIdentify and assess sustainability related risks and opportunities within the agribusiness operationsDevelop risk mitigation strategies and ensure robust management of environmental and social impacts

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Agriculture or related field.Masters would be preferred
