Mechanical Design and Development Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and talented Mechanical Design and Development Engineer to join our innovative team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in relevant fields, who are eager to contribute to cutting-edge projects in mechanical design, product development, and advanced engineering systems.

Key Responsibilities

Create and optimize 3D models using Fusion 360 for new product designs.

Apply advanced drafting skills, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT).

Design and develop sheet metal fabrication components and assemblies.

Innovate and design laser cutting machines for high-precision manufacturing.

Lead and support new product development from concept to production.

Work on advanced mechanical systems, including BLDC motors, cycloidal drives and gearboxes, robotic actuators, and electric propulsion systems.

Conduct design reviews, simulations, and testing to validate engineering solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Advanced skills in drafting and GDT for technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes and techniques.
  • Strong fundamentals in mechanical engineering principles, including mechanics, materials, and thermodynamics.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and a passion for innovation.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
