Mechanical Design and Development Engineer

About the Role:

Are you a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate eager to start your career in design and innovation? We're looking for a motivated Mechanical Design and Development Engineer (Fresher) to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on experience in designing cutting-edge products, including laser machines, robotics components, and advanced mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and contribute to the creation of 3D models using Fusion 360 for product design.
  • Assist in preparing detailed technical drawings using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT).
  • Work on the design of sheet metal components and mechanical assemblies.
  • Support the development of laser cutting machines and other precision tools.
  • Participate in the entire product development cycle – from concept to production.
  • Get exposure to advanced systems like BLDC motors, cycloidal drives, gearboxes, and robotic actuators.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on simulations, design validation, and testing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Basic understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and drafting techniques.
  • Familiarity with 3D CAD tools (preferably Fusion 360) and interest in learning more.
  • Eagerness to work on real-world engineering challenges and develop new skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, creativity, and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills.
