Functional Expertise

1. Understanding about the latest products and solutions released and sharing insights about the market and our cutting edge technology specifically related to Payments and Collection solutions like UPI/POS/Online Payment Aggregations etc.

2. Ability to manage stakeholders requirements across levels and cross functions.

3. Knowledge about the various product units at bank and payment aggregators which can be plugged in as executable solutions for the organization.

4. Conceptual knowledge in handling banking and other partner agreements with business, legal and other key stakeholders.

5. Expertise in understanding the requirements of Product and Technology in order to suffice the API/UPI/POS/Switch and other technology based integrations for Financial products.


Problem Solving

1. Ensuring the smooth flow of transactions processing by Payments and Technology teams with partner banks and

service providers.

2. Resolving the teething issues of cross functions to manage the Reconciliations and Payments Operations in a seamless manner.

3. To undertake all due diligence activities with banks, external authorities and key internal stakeholders for uninterrupted business continuities.

4. Capable of liaising and getting the open tasks closed with stakeholders of banks and alliance partners.


Interaction:

1. Efficient communicator with leadership team to help them understand the ongoing business engagements.

2. Liasoning with key leadership of banks and alliance partners for better execution of ongoing and future business

engagements.

3. Deeper understanding on the commercials applicability across industry specific products for efficient negotiation of

commercials for the products and services partnership with banks and alliances.
