Position Title: Product Owner, TVM

Responsibility Summary:

The TVM Product Owner is responsible for partnering with functional leaders from across the organization to build new identity solutions with an approach that emphasizes speed, value creation, and innovation. As part of this continuous value creation loop, we are looking for an individual that can be the voice of the customer, analyzing and translating business requirements and ultimately support our Threat and Vulnerability Management Engineering team with bringing new solutions & experiences to life. This Product Owner will be aligned with the Threat Management and Vulnerability Management product teams, focusing on delivering services through technologies such as SIEM log data sources and platform, the threat detection and intel platforms and the reporting platforms

The TVM Product Owner will review, analyze and evaluate customer needs to help define strategic goals of the product team, along with querying and analyzing data, to create user stories and system specifications.

- Act as a liaison between technical engineering staff and product team customers- Partners with business and technical teams to understand and implement product features- Builds, maintains, communicates the product roadmap in partnership with portfolio leadership- Performs in an agile environment, leading business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones, deliverables, and drives activities to completion- Create, maintain and review business process models, data flows, prototypes, business requirements, use cases, and test cases- Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, epics, user stories, and acceptance test criteria- Support user acceptance testing through test case generation, template creation, and result tracking- Proactively identify and articulate project dependencies and risks and support in defining mitigation strategies- Coordinates and interfaces between different product teams and systems with the Release Train Engineers- Balance activities across related products of moderate to high complexity at the same time- Perform data analysis that facilitates the transformation of complex data/information into actionable insights to support highly complex business processes using agile methodology- Execute and present written and verbal business systems impact analysis- Serve as a functional subject matter expert for multiple product epics at the same time- Responsible for business case development and presentation of new systems and solutions- Build and maintain working relationships throughout the firm- Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise- Assist with TVM team budget management- Develop, maintain, and track key performance indicators and key risk indicators across product teams

Qualifications Required in the Job:

Degree Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, or similar field

Communication Skills

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills- Ability to build relationships through effective collaboration and partnering- Adjusts messaging and communication style based on target audience and subject matter- Willing to present on behalf of the Product team targeting the messaging based on the audience Technical Skills- Knowledge of the SDLC process for software and solution development- Familiarity with TVM solutions & capabilities (e.g. Info Sec general terminology, SIEM, Threat Management (detection and response, MITRE framework, Vulnerability monitoring and remediation) is preferred- Prior experience with agile methodologies and Jira or similar tools (e.g. SAFe) is a must- Strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage personal workload Problem Solving:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to make decisions and escalate issues when necessary Decision Making:- At times, a high degree of analysis and compromise is required to resolve a solution requirements or design issue to balance both quality and timeliness of delivery- The associate is encouraged to act and make non-critical decisions autonomously, with the firm's and Security's best interest in mind- Critical decisions are expected to be approved by TVM leadership or above Span of Influence:- Actions taken could affect system design, user experience, and/or project target date
