Responsibility Summary:The TVM Product Owner is responsible for partnering with functional leaders from across the organization to build new identity solutions with an approach that emphasizes speed, value creation, and innovation. As part of this continuous value creation loop, we are looking for an individual that can be the voice of the customer, analyzing and translating business requirements and ultimately support our Threat and Vulnerability Management Engineering team with bringing new solutions & experiences to life. This Product Owner will be aligned with the Threat Management and Vulnerability Management product teams, focusing on delivering services through technologies such as SIEM log data sources and platform, the threat detection and intel platforms and the reporting platformsThe TVM Product Owner will review, analyze and evaluate customer needs to help define strategic goals of the product team, along with querying and analyzing data, to create user stories and system specifications.Act as a liaison between technical engineering staff and product team customersPartners with business and technical teams to understand and implement product featuresBuilds, maintains, communicates the product roadmap in partnership with portfolio leadershipPerforms in an agile environment, leading business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones, deliverables, and drives activities to completionCreate, maintain and review business process models, data flows, prototypes, business requirements, use cases, and test casesTranslates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, epics, user stories, and acceptance test criteriaSupport user acceptance testing through test case generation, template creation, and result trackingProactively identify and articulate project dependencies and risks and support in defining mitigation strategiesCoordinates and interfaces between different product teams and systems with the Release Train EngineersBalance activities across related products of moderate to high complexity at the same timePerform data analysis that facilitates the transformation of complex data/information into actionable insights to support highly complex business processes using agile methodologyExecute and present written and verbal business systems impact analysisServe as a functional subject matter expert for multiple product epics at the same timeResponsible for business case development and presentation of new systems and solutionsBuild and maintain working relationships throughout the firmIdentify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities ariseAssist with TVM team budget managementDevelop, maintain, and track key performance indicators and key risk indicators across product teamsQualifications Required in the Job:Degree PreferredBachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, or similar fieldCommunication SkillsExcellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsAbility to build relationships through effective collaboration and partneringAdjusts messaging and communication style based on target audience and subject matterWilling to present on behalf of the Product team targeting the messaging based on the audienceTechnical SkillsKnowledge of the SDLC process for software and solution developmentFamiliarity with TVM solutions & capabilities (e.g. Info Sec general terminology, SIEM, Threat Management (detection and response, MITRE framework, Vulnerability monitoring and remediation) is preferredPrior experience with agile methodologies and Jira or similar tools (e.g. SAFe) is a mustStrong organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage personal workloadProblem Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to make decisions and escalate issues when necessaryDecision Making:At times, a high degree of analysis and compromise is required to resolve a solution requirements or design issue to balance both quality and timeliness of deliveryThe associate is encouraged to act and make non-critical decisions autonomously, with the firm's and Security's best interest in mindCritical decisions are expected to be approved by TVM leadership or above
