We are looking for talented individuals to join us who can thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment, working towards a bold vision of a moonshot.Role Summary:We are seeking an AI Agent Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent agents that can operate autonomously within digital environments. This role focuses on the development of AI agents that perform reasoning, planning, decision-making, and interaction tasks using large language models (LLMs), multi-agent systems, or simulation frameworks.You will work at the frontier of AI development creating agents that learn from data, communicate with users or other systems, and adapt to complex, dynamic environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement AI agents using LLMs, planning algorithms, and decision-making frameworksDevelop agent architectures that support autonomy, interactivity, and task completionIntegrate agents into applications, APIs, or workflows (e.g., chatbots, copilots, automation tools)Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams to iterate on agent capabilitiesOptimize agent behavior through feedback loops, reinforcement learning, or user interactionMonitor performance, conduct evaluations, and implement safety and guardrail mechanismsMaintain thorough documentation of agent logic, design decisions, and dependenciesQualificationsStrong programming skills in Python (or similar) and experience with AI/ML libraries (e.g., Lang Chain, Open AI API, Hugging Face, Py Torch)Understanding of agent-based modeling, multi-agent systems, or reinforcement learningExperience building applications with LLMs or generative AI modelsFamiliarity with API development, backend services, and deployment pipelinesAbility to work independently in experimental and fast-paced environmentsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related fieldPreferred QualificationsExperience with frameworks for autonomous agents (e.g., Auto GPT, Crew AI, Lang Graph, Re Act, Baby AGI)Background in human-AI interaction, conversational UX, or simulation environmentsKnowledge of vector databases, prompt engineering, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)Contributions to open-source AI projects or a portfolio of agent-based systemsUnderstanding of the ethical, social, and safety considerations of autonomous AI systemsWhat We OfferA collaborative, research-driven environment working at the forefront of AIAccess to cutting-edge models, compute, and agent toolkitsHigh-impact projects focused on real-world use cases of autonomous AICompetitive salary, benefits, and professional development opportunitiesFlexible work hours and remote-friendly policiesInterested candidates can apply by sharing their resume at or apply via job post.
