As an Investment Specialist Lead within US Equities team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment. Job Responsibilities Oversee the India-based team of 12 members, including the team lead. Prepare strategy presentations with detailed portfolio analysis, positioning, analytics, and performance results. Assist in creating high-quality written content on products and markets for client communications. Coordinate with Sales, Consultants, and RFP teams to address client requirements using product expertise. Represent the Investment Solutions team and collaborate with other teams on various ad-hoc projects. Respond to ad-hoc data requests and reporting needs efficiently. Communicate key selling points of products and market trends to stakeholders. Prepare customized client presentations for Investment Solutions review meetings. Analyze portfolio data to support strategic decision-making. Support the development and execution of organizational objectives. Ensure consistent delivery of accurate and detailed information to clients and internal teams. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Post Graduate or MBA with at least 8 years of experience in financial markets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven team leadership and people management experience. Strong understanding of equities (or any asset class), portfolio management practices, and the asset management business. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including data analysis and understanding data flows. Proactive and positive approach with ability to learn concepts and procedures quickly. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to anticipate problems, think ahead, and ask relevant questions. Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task. Delivery-focused with strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
