Company: Notifi (getnotifi.Com) Position: QA Engineer/QA Tester Location: Currently Remote → Delhi/Gurgaon candidates preferred (must be willing to work from office in 3–4 months) Experience: 3–5 years in QA, preferably in SaaS or mobile-first products. Compensation: ₹8–10 LPA Work Timings : 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (US Shift) About Notifi Notifi builds software that helps service-based businesses streamline their operations through messaging, payments, quoting, scheduling, and VoIP. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure our product delivers a seamless and reliable experience across web, iOS, and Android platforms. Key Responsibilities Test new features across web, iOS, and Android to ensure a smooth, consistent user experience. Write, maintain, and execute both manual and automated test cases for key workflows such as messaging, payments, quoting, scheduling, and VoIP . Perform testing across multiple layers — Web, Mobile, and APIs — to ensure complete end-to-end reliability. Identify, reproduce, and document bugs, inconsistencies, and edge cases across devices, browsers, and environments. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to identify issues early and ensure confident, stable releases. Conduct real-world testing to validate reliability and performance for field service teams in dynamic conditions. Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and best practices as the product and team grow. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech preferred). 3–5 years of proven QA experience in SaaS or mobile-first products. Strong background in manual testing , bug tracking (Jira) , and clear documentation. Hands-on experience testing mobile (iOS/Android) , web , and APIs . Practical experience with QA automation tools, including: Selenium / Playwright / Cypress – UI & regression testing Appium / Detox – mobile app automation Postman – API testing & automation BrowserStack / Sauce Labs – cross-browser & device testing A detail-oriented, proactive, and fast-moving mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Bonus: Familiarity with tools commonly used by SMBs or field service teams. Location Preference Candidates from Delhi/Gurgaon are strongly preferred. The position will begin as remote , transitioning to work-from-office in 3–4 months at our upcoming Delhi/Gurgaon location.
