Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, employee query management, HR operations, HR compliances, HR engagement, and office administration. This role is critical in ensuring the effective delivery of HR services and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:Support the recruitment process for various positions across the organization.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Manage job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application through onboarding.Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
Employee Query Management:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.Provide timely and accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.Escalate complex queries to appropriate HR team members as needed.Track and analyze query trends to improve HR services.
HR Operations:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, HRIS maintenance, and documentation.Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.Assist in the administration of payroll and benefits programs.Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.
HR Compliances:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HR regulations and labor laws.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR compliance requirements and implement necessary changes.Conduct regular audits of HR practices and records to ensure compliance.Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities.
HR Engagement:
Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work culture.Organize and manage employee events, workshops, and training sessions.Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with management to develop initiatives that enhance employee motivation and retention.
Office Administration:
Assist with office administration tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and handling incoming inquiries.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, HR operations, and compliance.Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
