Company Description Parijat Packaging has been consistently supplying high-quality packaging solutions to the hospitality, healthcare, poultry, dairy, and textile sectors for several years. We specialize in both standard and fully customized packaging products tailored to meet the operational requirements and quality benchmarks of each industry we serve. Some of our key products include: LDPE Bags (all microns & sizes) Garbage Bags – Virgin, Reprocessed, Compostable, OXO (all microns & sizes) Cling Film – Food Grade (Plus complete support for all your additional packaging and consumable requirements) We are currently serving clients across India, including: Hotels Poultry manufacturer QSR: KFC, Dominos Flight Catering Airline: Healthcare, Dairy & Other Industries: Multiple large and mid-scale organizations (details available upon request) Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Kerala, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, and achieving sales targets. They will also manage negotiations, present and promote products or services, and provide feedback to the internal team to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction. Knowledge Proven sales experience and ability to meet or exceed sales targets Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities Customer relationship management skills and a client-focused approach Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities Experience in using CRM software or similar sales tools Knowledge of the local market in Kerala, India, is an advantage Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 2–3 years of experience in sales (FMCG, Packaging, B2B preferred). • Experience in field sales and target-driven roles is beneficial. Skills & Competencies • Excellent English communication (spoken + written). • Good negotiation and customer engagement skills. • Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets. • Basic Excel, Google Sheets & WhatsApp reporting skills. • Strong coordination with Kerala & Mumbai teams. • Owning a bike is an added advantage for field visits. Compensation • Basic Monthly Salary: Competitive market package • Commission: 1% of total monthly sales brought in by the executive.
