Chitkara University is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join us as the Director of Placement for our CSE Students The Director will lead our efforts in facilitating career opportunities for our students and fostering strong partnerships with leading companies and organizations.

Key Deliverables:-

Building, developing, and maintaining relations with Big Corporate, Industry, Campus Recruiters, and Established startups.Proven track record of successfully leading technical hiring initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong understanding of computer science and engineering principles, technologies, and market trends.Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and emerging technologies in the CSE field. Leverage this knowledge to inform hiring strategies and maintain competitiveness in talent acquisition.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the hiring process. Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous optimization efforts.Building and continuing the corporate relationship at multi dimensional levelOrganizing, Designing & Managing Corporate Events, Summits.Building interaction with potential partners to enhance the efficacy and industry reach of the university.Ideation, strategizing, and execution of promotion strategies to attract high-profile speakers, corporate heads, and guests.Coordinate with all the institution heads and faculties to ensure the smooth progression of Placement drives, industrial visits, guest lectures, and related activities.Preparation of reports and presentations for regular analysis.Plan and organize conferences, forums and events with corporate partners.Driving tie-ups with top-notch HR Consultant firms for manpower / training requirements and International Internship and Placement Engagements

Desired Candidate Profile:· Minimum 08-15 years of experience in years of Leadership experience in corporate relation and

placement of CSE or Technical Hiring.· A sound understanding of placement activities and the campus recruitment cycle will be an advantage.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Motivated by individual and team achievement.· Must be able to travel frequently.· Ability and past record of delivering on stretch targets/ goals pertaining to Corporate Relations and Placements.· Relationship Building and Domain knowledge.· Strong Industry connect· Manage all aspects of the placements and internship recruitment on campus, handling grievances, managing relationships, and planning and implementing orientations and workshops
