We're Hiring: MIS Analyst – Regulatory Reporting

Location: Jui Nagar, Navi Mumbai

Department: BIU & Analytics

We are looking for an experienced MIS Analyst to join our growing BIU & Analytics team.

This role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience in MIS reporting, regulatory compliance, and data analytics—particularly within NBFCs or Housing Finance sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and automate periodic MIS reports using Excel & Power BI

Develop dashboards to track KPIs, trends, and business performance

Handle regulatory reporting to RBI and NHB with accuracy and timeliness

Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Risk, Finance & Product teams

Support internal/external audits with required data and documentation

Leverage NBFC product knowledge to generate business-specific insights

Desired Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Excel (macros, pivots, data modelling)

Strong command over Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot

Understanding of NBFC/HFC products (Loans, MSME, CV, Farm, etc.)

Familiarity with RBI & NHB regulations and compliance requirements

Excellent analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills
