Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Campaign Manager to join our team. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and analysing marketing campaigns to drive engagement, awareness, and conversion. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing, excellent project management skills, and a passion for driving results.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and digital marketing, to develop campaign strategies and assets.
  • Set campaign objectives, timelines, and budgets, and ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve results and ROI.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Communicate campaign progress and results to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing tools, technologies, and best practices.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media management tools.
  • Preparing the marketing report for stakeholders and managing the archive for the annual presentation.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques.
  • Experience in budget management and forecasting.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in D2C industry will have added advantage
  • Open to work in Startup environment
