Role and Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, or seminars to individuals or groups, both in-person and online. Adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and skill levels.

Content creation: Create training materials, presentations, handouts, and other resources to support the training programs. Keep the content up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Demonstrate tools and techniques: Provide hands-on demonstrations of various digital marketing tools, platforms, and techniques, ensuring participants understand how to use them effectively to achieve marketing objectives.

Assess and evaluate: Assess the progress and performance of participants through assignments, quizzes, projects, or other evaluation methods. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help participants improve their skills.

Stay updated with industry trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends, strategies, and technologies in the field of digital marketing. Continuously update training materials and programs to reflect industry changes.

Consultation and support: Offer individual or group consultations to address specific challenges or questions participants may have. Provide ongoing support and guidance to help participants implement digital marketing strategies in their work or businesses.

Industry collaboration: Collaborate with industry experts, guest speakers, or professionals to bring real-world insights and practical examples into the training programs. Foster networking opportunities for participants within the digital marketing community.

Training evaluation: Collect feedback from participants to evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with training and mentoring individuals or groups.
- Familiarity with various digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in digital marketing or related field is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
