Cosmetology Doctor cum Sales Manager (Female Only) – Clair Skin Clinic

We're seeking a qualified doctor with strong sales skills to lead clinic operations, perform advanced skin & hair treatments (Botox, Fillers, Lasers, PRP, etc.), and drive revenue growth.

Salary: ₹40,000–₹1,00,000 + uncapped incentives
Locations: Delhi | Noida | Gurugram

Your Role

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for clinic services and products.
  • Generate new business via walk-ins, referrals, digital leads, and corporate tie-ups.
  • Convert inquiries into consultations and consultations into treatments.
  • Upsell and cross-sell skin, hair, and wellness treatments to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor competitor activities and suggest growth strategies.

2. Client Consultation & Relationship Management

  • Conduct professional skin and hair assessments.
  • Understand client needs, concerns, and expectations to recommend the best treatments.
  • Clearly explain treatment plans, packages, pricing, and care protocols.
  • Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
  • Handle objections and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

3. Core Medical & Clinical Expertise

  • In-depth knowledge of dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
  • Skilled in skin rejuvenation, anti-aging, and corrective procedures.
  • Diagnose cosmetic skin, hair, and body concerns accurately.
  • Proficient in Botox, Fillers, PRP, Mesotherapy, Lasers, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, HIFU, etc.
  • Strong understanding of facial anatomy for safe and precise treatments.

4. Patient-Centric Care

  • Conduct detailed consultations and create personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide pre-procedure counseling and post-treatment care guidance.
  • Build trust through empathy, patience, and transparent communication.
  • Manage expectations and resolve concerns professionally.

5. Interpersonal & Communication Skills

  • Present procedures, risks, and results confidently and clearly.
  • Reassure patients with sensitivity about appearance-related concerns.
  • Maintain strong patient rapport for long-term retention.

Requirements

  • Medical Degree: BHMS, BAMS, MBBS, BDS, or Diploma in Dermatology/Cosmetology (valid registration).
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in aesthetic medicine with proven sales record.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Target-driven and passionate about both patient care and business growth.
