Senior Open Text VIM ConsultantLocation: Remote (India) Employment Type: Full-timeRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Open Text VIM Consultant with a strong SAP background to join our delivery team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience implementing and supporting Open Text Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions in SAP environments. This role requires hands-on expertise in Open Text solutions, SAP integration, and process optimization for accounts payable automation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver Open Text VIM implementations and support projects within SAP environments.Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Open Text VIM with SAP FI/MM modules.Design, configure, and optimize workflows for invoice processing, exception handling, and approvals.Provide expertise in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution.Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Document technical designs, configuration steps, and solution architecture.Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of overall SAP experience with a strong focus on Open Text VIM.Proven track record in end-to-end VIM implementations (minimum 2–3 full-cycle projects).Strong integration knowledge with SAP FI (AP processes), MM, and other relevant modules.Hands-on expertise in Open Text content management and invoice automation.Deep understanding of invoice workflows, approval processes, and exception handling.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Nice to HaveExposure to Open Text x ECM, Archiving, and Document Access solutions.Experience in working with global clients across multiple industries.Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA environments.Why Join UsRemote work flexibility (India-based).Opportunity to work on global SAP/Open Text transformation projects.Collaborative and growth-focused team environment.
