Overview

Main purpose:

HR SPOC for Global Functions & Location free employees : ~200 employees across ~ 20 differentiated global teams and supported by ~10 global HRBPs. Additionally to also support for sector wide support for RnD AMESA team (> 100 people) spread across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Dubai, Africa (other than India) Responsibilities

Accountability:

Partnering global HRBPs and hiring managers on entire employee lifecycle processes Pre-Hiring alignments and approvals for India Location Onboarding new talent and establishing critical connects in the start Ensure country policy consistency/compliance – creating visibility / awareness with all global managers/ HRBPs and employees Linking, translating and integrating HR work and priorities with functional managers Support facilitation of change management and organizational development initiatives as a business partner Partnering stakeholders in delivering employee value proposition; balancing global and local guidelines Liaison with COE teams for various HR support from TA , TM and TR perspective Bringing visibility at BU level for cross charge; and other processes Represent HR to the respective population and deliver recurring HR services and processes : Managing approvals, promotions, role changes, data governance, exits, FnF

For AMESA RnD:

Pre hiring partnership Hiring Support in partnership with global HRBPs, and country HR partners Data governance, and analysis Engagements interventions – bringing all RnD global teams together at sector level- for Townhalls; OHS connects and Interventions Sector reviews and talent processes Coaching, counselling and navigating support for smooth working across locations Inter functional conflicts/ support Qualifications Worked with Global teams beyond India (preferably in matrix reporting set up) Networking and Inflluencing without authority Communication and Presentation skills
