We are seeking an experienced SAP Business One (SAP B1) Functional Consultant to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP B1 across business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients or internal teams to understand business requirements, design solutions, perform system configuration, provide end-user training, and ensure successful deployment of the SAP B1 system. Key Responsibilities: Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP Business One implementations , including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Conduct business process analysis and map client requirements to SAP B1 functionalities. Configure SAP B1 modules such as Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Production, and Service Management according to client needs. Create and maintain functional specifications for system enhancements, customizations, and integrations. Collaborate with technical teams (developers, database administrators, and system integrators) to design and implement solutions. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution. Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support . Assist in data migration activities , including data mapping, cleansing, and validation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals . Stay up to date with the latest SAP B1 features, patches, and industry best practices . Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or Business Administration (or related field). 3–4 years of experience in SAP Business One implementation or support. Strong functional knowledge of core SAP B1 modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, MRP, CRM, etc.). Experience in project management or working with implementation methodologies (e.G., ASAP, Agile). Familiarity with Crystal Reports , SQL queries , and SAP B1 SDK (an advantage). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills . Ability to train users and document processes clearly. SAP Business One certification preferred but not mandatory. Optional (Preferred Experience): Experience with add-ons (Boyum, Core Suite, or industry-specific extensions). Knowledge of integration tools (DI API, Service Layer, B1iF). Prior experience in manufacturing, distribution, or retail sectors . Exposure to cloud or HANA-based SAP B1 environments .
