They also collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure that applications are scalable, secure, and reliable.Key ResponsibilitiesCore Technical Skills
- Cloud Platforms: In-depth knowledge of Google cloud platform (GCP) and its core services.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages like Python or JavaScript for backend development.
- AI/ML: Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), model development, training, and deployment. Understanding of AI/ML algorithms and their applications in cloud environments.
- Data Structures and Algorithms: Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms for efficient problem-solving.
- DevOps Practices: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Microservices Architecture: Understanding of microservices principles and experience in designing and building microservices-based applications.
- Containerization: Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Security: Understanding of cloud security best practices, including encryption, IAM, and vulnerability management.
