HR SALES NEGOTIATOR/ADMINISTRATOR
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Sales Negotiator to bridge the gap between human resources, sales, and client relations. The role involves negotiating employment packages, managing client contracts, supporting sales deals, and ensuring fair, compliant, and mutually beneficial agreements between the company, employees, and clients.
The ideal candidate will combine HR expertise, sales acumen, and strong negotiation skills to secure business opportunities, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate employee contracts, compensation packages, and benefits in alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close client deals, ensuring terms are fair and sustainable.
- Act as a liaison between management, employees, and clients to resolve disputes and clarify terms.
- Conduct market research to benchmark salaries, benefits, and competitor offerings.
- Support talent acquisition by negotiating offers with candidates and ensuring successful onboarding.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements (employment, client service, vendor-related).
- Provide advice on labor laws, compliance, and HR policies during negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and employees.
- Train managers and team leads on effective negotiation and conflict-resolution strategies.
- Track and report on negotiation outcomes to improve efficiency and profitability.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to balance employee needs with company goals.
- Sales-oriented mindset with ability to close deals.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to manage pressure.
