In this role, you will:
  • Provide vision and set direction for product delivery team supporting Wells Fargo' digital channels across consumer and commercial customers and clients. millions of active digital users to achieve long-term strategic objectives that impact organization and management across functions.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to continue building a product delivery model supporting aligned to our products, channels and services develop highly complex, multi-year projects, strategies, goals, and business ventures.
  • Provide thought leadership to develop and implement strategic solutions to highly complex and potentially enterprise-wide digital sales, servicing, payments, and other functionality.
  • Lead a team of managers and senior professionals and develop longer-term, higher-risk modern strategies for end-to-end product management and drive additional product ownership the digital channel including experiences, products, and initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including peers and the executive team.
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in driving digital engagement.
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
  • Responsible for business performance and continuity of digital and self-service channels and promote and adopt digital and self-service channels among customers.
  • Manage implementation of digitalization strategies as required, drive achievement against targets for revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction and cost management.
  • Ensure that digital initiatives are fully integrated with the strategic-planning process, including leadership commitment and resource allocation.
  • Work with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models.
  • Identify new tools (AI, digital, CRM) that can support and enhance our solutions.
  • Manage P&L to established budget
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of management experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership of successful digital transformation projects
  • Understanding of core business processes and their associated technical solutions
  • An innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward.
  • Experience in managing and leading a large digital product team.
