Digital Product Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to join our team as a Senior Consultant/VP specializing in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM). This role is pivotal in ensuring the security, scalability, and user experience of our digital platforms by designing, developing, and managing CIAM strategies, methodologies, and technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and manage solutions that meet both business and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and goals for CIAM solutions, focusing on Single Sign-On (SSO), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Management: Work with internal stakeholders, including engineering, security, compliance, and UX teams, to gather and prioritize CIAM requirements that align with business objectives and end-user needs.
- Technology Implementation & Oversight: Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of CIAM technologies, including SSO, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, JWT, OIDC, and MFA, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
- Methodology & Best Practices: Promote CIAM best practices and methodologies across the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- User Experience Focus: Enhance the end-user experience through the design and development of frictionless authentication, authorization, and self-service account management features.
- Data Privacy & Compliance: Ensure CIAM solutions are in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data privacy regulations.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Develop and maintain CIAM performance metrics, tracking user engagement, security incidents, and system performance to inform product strategy and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in digital product management, with at least 4 years specializing in CIAM
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in CIAM technologies, including SSO, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, JWT, OIDC, and MFA, with a strong understanding of the underlying protocols and principles.
- Methodology Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of CIAM best practices and methodologies, including secure user onboarding, lifecycle management, and identity federation.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to make informed product decisions and recommendations.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders and drive consensus on CIAM strategies and objectives.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and compliance requirements related to CIAM.
