About the role

The Procure to Pay Analyst will support a number of projects in Carrier’s Procurement team. 

Responsibilities:

Support on supplier aged payable helpdesk

Account Reconciliation for critical Vendors

Update payment terms in different ERPs

Connect with stakeholders

Work on Power BI report

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in an international procurement organization

2 - 4 years of relevant track record in P2P

Experience in digital tools like SAP, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint is preferred

Proven comfort with analytical skills and attention to detail as it relates to policy compliance vs. practice

Ability to, independently and as part of a team, successfully complete assigned tasks with excellent results while meeting agreed deadlines

Ability to make decisions and drive task completion in instances where absolute clarity does not exist

Ability to communicate and manage internal and external stakeholders efficiently

Excellent communication skills (verbal/written, English language)
