ROLE:

Responsible for the technical implementation of Business Intelligence Solution, in the Marketing Analytics, Ecommerce & D2C domain. You should be proficient with the design of database architectures, data warehouses, data migrations, data marts, business intelligence packages, and implementing user reporting solutions based upon business requirements and content knowledge. You must have prior hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end ETL, Data Warehousing and Visualization of marketing analytics data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, and maintain a data warehouse and analytics architecture to meet business analysis and reporting needs from an ecommerce & Marketing Analytics data perspective·

Collaborate with Business stakeholders to understand data, reports, metrics, and dashboard requirements and deliver solutions in an effective manner and in alignment with BI Strategy and roadmap.·

Work with high-volume and multi-dimensional data sets derived from different data sources and online publishers.·

Ability to understand business needs and apply analytical concepts to generate actionable business insights.·

Develop, test, improve and maintain ETL jobs and data flow scripts to move data into the data warehouse from production databases and various external data sources.·

Design and build dashboards and other visualizations using data visualization tools like Tableau, DOMO, Klipfolio, etc

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

·

10+ years of work experience, in the area of ‘Analytics and Business Intelligence’·

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence in the ecommerce, Marketing Analytics & D2C.·

Prior experience in analyzing data from Google AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo Bing, Gemini and other marketing platforms is a must.·

Strong understanding of any BI tool with the ability to independently conceptualize and generate reports, metrics, and dashboards for fact-based decision making and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.·

Strong SQL skills with a minimum of 10 years of prior SQL experience.·

Strong project management experience.·

Experience with cloud infrastructure providers like Amazon AWS or Google Cloud would be a plus·

Excellent analytical skills. The candidate should not only be able to analyze the data, but also drive the implementation of the recommendations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
