AWS Engineer - CREQ187728 Description 10+ YrsDesign, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS cloud solutions.
Implement AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, and VPC to meet business requirements.
Develop automation scripts using AWS SDKs, CLI, or infrastructure-as-code tools (, CloudFormation, Terraform) to streamline provisioning and management tasks.
Ensure high availability and reliability of cloud infrastructure by implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (, CloudWatch).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect cloud solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.
Optimize cloud resources to maximize performance and minimize costs, utilizing AWS Cost Explorer, Trusted Advisor, and other cost management tools.
Implement security best practices and compliance standards
Troubleshoot issues related to infrastructure, applications, and integrations in AWS cloud environments.
Perform capacity planning and scaling of AWS resources to accommodate growth and spikes in demand.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of AWS environments to ensure adherence to security and compliance requirements.
Stay updated on AWS services, features, and best practices, and recommend new solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
Provide guidance and mentorship to other project teams on AWS cloud technologies and best practices.
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime.
Document architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles for reference and training purposes.
Troubleshooting and Incident Response: Investigate and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, applications, and integrations, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to incidents promptly.
