Roles and responsibilitiesExtensive experience of legal and contracts management in the Indian and international contracts preferably in Oil field contracts and EPCsSupporting at RPF reviewing and reviewing and drafting of contracts proposal etc. preferably for oil field contracts and other related contracts and EPCsNegotiating and finalizing contract terms with biddersProviding legal advice to various stakeholders on contractual mattersProviding support to oil and gas marketing team on gas sales and crude salesDrafting and vetting of various communications with contractorsProviding support in contractual dispute managementDesired Attributes:7+ years of post-qualification experience in the energy, construction segment with an emphasis on legal and contracts managementAn LL.B. degree from a reputed Indian university
