Job Title : React JS Lead

Experience Required : 6-8 years of overall experience with 4+ years specifically in React JS.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of React JS developers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Development: Hands-on development experience in React JS and its ecosystem, including Redux and React Router. Actively participate in coding, debugging, and troubleshooting complex problems.
  • Architecture Design: Collaborate with architects and senior developers to design scalable and maintainable React JS applications. Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Workflow Management: Implement and optimize popular React.js workflows, such as Flux or Redux, to manage application state effectively.
  • HTML5 and CSS3: Possess a basic understanding and working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 to create visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify technical challenges and propose solutions to address them. Continuously explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance development processes.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to translate requirements into technical :
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 6-8 years of overall software development experience.
    • At least 4 years of hands-on experience with React JS.
    • Proficiency in React ecosystem, including Redux and React Router.
    • Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
    • Experience with popular React.js workflows, such as Flux or Redux.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Leadership experience or potential to lead a team of developers.

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • Previous experience in a leadership role or demonstrated leadership abilities.
    • Experience with agile development methodologies.
    • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and design patterns.
    • Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile.
