Lead Developer – Ruby on Rails & React JS

Job Profile:
We are looking for a Lead Developer with over 5+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails & 2+ years in React.js The person/s must be efficient, task oriented and ready to take responsibilities. Being part of the Professional Services team you will be responsible for estimation, development, testing, implementations etc. to different environments for all of our projects. You’ll be enthusiastic with a positive attitude, dedication and willingness to work hard. The position will include a lot of interaction with foreign clients.

What we are looking for in you

5+ years of relevant programming experience in Ruby on Rails
2+ years experience in Project management, team handling and multiple client handling
Experience in React.js
Well experienced in analyzing client requirements, creating estimates and interaction with client
Develop business/software solutions in a diverse range of applications as per requirement
A motivated person with self learning skills
Interested and ready to learn new technologies as and when required.
Roles and Responsibilities
Streamline and handle one or more projects at once.
Gather client requirements and generate highly competitive estimations.
Mentoring junior developers & team members.
Decision making.
Time management & organization.

Key Skills

Experience in leading a team and managing development processes from start to end, including requirement collection, sprint planning, and estimation.
At Least 5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails
Should have experience with React.js
Should be aware of tools like docker, aws, CI/CD..etc.
Outstanding database skill.
Exposure to large & complex system designs is an advantage.
Nothing less than excellent in git & branching strategies.
