Job Title:Vice President- Client Services

Roles and Responsibilities:Hire, train, assess, develop, and supervise staff within the client services department, including account executives and account managersEnsure client expectations are being set and met for every campaign and are clearly definedEnsure that company policies and procedures are introduced, understood, documented and followed by department staffManage client satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle and beyond, ensuring issues and challenges are actively identified and mitigatedDevelop strong internal relationships with managers in other departments to ensure that client needs are prioritized appropriately across the organization.Assist client services staff to gain influence within existing accounts and access to the executive decision makers for the long-term profitable retention of clientsManage commercials of account(s), including staffing / scope and financialsOversee project management support during the campaign lifecycle to ensure on time completion of deliverables, coordinate across practices, identify potential risks and issuesImplement process improvement initiatives within department and provide recommendations to internal and external partners to ensure consistent use of industry and operational best practicesInterrogate work before client delivery to ensure it meets the brief and expectationsDevelop strategic relationships with key agency partners and be a point of escalationAssist in deployment of Client Service practice trainings while ensuring best practicesAnalyze information skillfully provided by team members to problem solve creatively, troubleshoot, and develop alternative solutionsOwn and maintain relationship with senior stakeholders at Client side

Requirements:A minimum of 13 years of experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills across all platformsAbility to implement and meet deadlines and project manage multiple campaignsAbility to lead and motivate team members in a positive lightDetail oriented and responsive, deadline-driven with strong quantitative reasoning skillsAbility to lead and motivate team members in a positive lightConcrete knowledge of all areas of digital marketing and mediaExcellent client relationship and management skillsStrong business acumen and strategic thinking capability
