Loan Operations Manager
to help build and scale a modern, compliance-driven lending platform.


Location:
Pune, India


Experience:
8–10 years in NBFCs, fintech lending, or retail banking


Education:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Operations, or related field


About the Role

Join a fast-growing, credit-focused NBFC that's enabling access to finance for MSMEs and underserved borrowers across India. You'll be responsible for setting up and strengthening core loan operations while ensuring RBI compliance.


What You'll Do

  • Own the
    end-to-end loan lifecycle
    : LOS/LMS, KYC, underwriting, disbursals & servicing.
  • Manage
    disbursements & repayments
    (IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, UPI, NACH).
  • Lead
    vendor/partner management
    (LMS, KYC, payment gateways, collections).
  • Drive
    process improvement, MIS & reconciliation
    for efficiency.
  • Ensure
    seamless customer service & grievance redressal
    .


What You Bring

  • Strong hands-on experience with
    LMS & LOS
    (implementation is a plus).
  • 40–50%+ of experience in
    NBFC loan operations
    .
  • Deep understanding of
    Business Loans, LAP, Micro & MSME loans
    .
  • Solid exposure to
    secured lending
    .
  • Excellent English communication skills.
