Role
Dynamic and strategic Senior Manager – Learning & Development to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives that support the growth and performance of our workforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving continuous professional development, managing talent programs, and aligning learning strategies with business goals
Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute the organization's learning and development strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and consultation with managers.
Program Design & Delivery:
- Design, develop, and deliver blended learning programs (instructor-led, e-learning, workshops, etc.).
- Curate and manage a library of learning content and resources.
- Lead onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Performance & Talent Development:
- Oversee leadership development, high-potential employee programs, and succession planning.
- Implement performance management training for managers and staff.
- Support employee career development and individual learning paths.
Evaluation & Reporting:
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Report learning outcomes and ROI to stakeholders.
- Use data analytics to continuously improve learning solutions.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and fulfill team-specific training needs.
- Manage external vendors and consultants for specialized training programs.
Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure learning programs comply with industry and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with L&D trends, tools, and technologies.
Skills & Qualification
- Master's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in L&D, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
