Mission

Notre client recherche pour son département Conseil Opérationnel & Outsourcing, un Consultant Senior /Manager expérimenté sur la Transformation des fonctions Finance et Comptabilité.

  • Rattaché à notre pôle compétences Transformation de la fonction finance, vous serez en charge des tâches suivantes : 
  • Mener des diagnostics de performance de la fonction finance (Processus – Outils – Organisation) 
  • Diagnostic de la fonction finance, identification des améliorations, recommandations sur des solutions outils, conception de la solution en France et à l’international (CSP captif, CSP externalisé On / Off shore), business case, plan d’implémentation / Mise en place de la solution Finance (pouvant inclure le déploiement d’un outil de dématérialisation) 
  • Contribuer à la construction de la démarche méthodologie et des outils supportant l'offre 
  • Contribuer au développement commercial de l'offre (réponse à appels d'offre)

Profil

Profil recherché :

De formation Bac + 4 à Bac +5, vous justifiez d’une expérience similaire de 4 ans minimum, idéalement en cabinet de conseil.

  • Vous avez déjà participé à des projets de transformation comptable et finance (CSP, optimisation de processus, réorganisation comptable & financière) et avez acquis les compétences suivantes :
  • Connaissances des principaux processus financiers et des principes comptables associés 
  • Étude, conception et mise en place de CSP, nouvelles organisations comptables, optimisation de processus de bout en bout, le déploiement de ce type de solution à l’international est un plus 
  • Conduite de PMO complexe 
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation en équipe et d’encadrement 
  • Fortes capacités d'analyse et rédactionnelles en Français et en Anglais 
  • Très bonne maîtrise des outils XLS et Powerpoint
