•End to End recruitment for middle and senior level positions

•Market mapping for database creation

•Stakeholder Management update regularly on hiring

•Compensation benchmarking

•Benchmark salaries, hiring standards

•TAT adherence open to joining TAT.

•Position allocation to team

•Campus hiring plan for doctor and Lab technicians

•Hiring reports and dashboard publish .

•Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

•Outstanding problem-solving skills

•Exceptional attention to detail.

•Travel frequently in the region



KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

•Specialized in healthcare hiring

•Good time management abilities

•Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience: 6+ years in end to end recruitment.
