As we grow, we’re looking for someone who can help us strengthen the people who make this magic possible — our tour managers, educators, trainers, mentors, and student-led programme teams .This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, social, highly driven, and excited to build networksacross colleges, universities, training institutions and freelance educational communities.Role: Talent & Recruitment Associate You will be the heartbeat of Sprouts’ talent engine — finding, engaging, and onboarding the right people across India to support our student travel programmes.What you will do Build and manage our Pan-India talent pipeline for:Tour Managers (freelance & full-time)Educators & facilitatorsOutdoor instructorsStudent programme mentorsContract-based volunteersRun end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding.Conduct walk-ins and campus drives across colleges.Reach out to universities, placement cells & student clubs for internships and partnerships.Draft and manage contracts , agreements, and volunteer documentation.Represent Sprouts Edu Tours at events, job fairs & campus activities alongside founders.Maintain databases, candidate records, and a structured hiring workflow.Who you are ✔ A people-person — energetic, positive and confident✔ Comfortable with outreach, conversations & relationship building✔ Someone who loves exploring colleges, meeting students & coordinating events✔ Highly organised, self-driven and comfortable working at a fast pace✔ Strong at communication (English + Hindi; any regional languages are a plus)✔ Interested in HR, recruitment, training or student engagement✔ Freshers welcome — passion matters more than years of experienceWhat you’ll gain First-hand experience working with foundersExposure to school travel, HR, leadership, training & operationsA chance to build a Pan-India network of educators, trainers & youth influencersImmense learning, ownership & growth in a fast-moving organisationThe satisfaction of enabling impactful programmes for thousands of childrenHow to Apply Send your resume to with the subject line: “Application – Talent & Recruitment Associate”
