Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - Settlement and Waiver Unit 
Job Purpose 
This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities- Achieve collection targets of the assigned region, including meeting PL ROLL BACK Targets/PSBL collection targets and cost of collections targets.
- Control delinquency and focus on WRITE-OFF.
- Ensure documented feedback is provided.
- Ensure execution of legal tools such as 138/arbitration summons and warrants in collaboration with the legal team.
- Comply with audit queries.
- Ensure adequate Feet on Street availability region-wise, bucket-wise, and segment-wise.
- Manage productivity by setting productivity parameters for Collection Officers, Agencies, and DMAs; monitor performance against set parameters; and conduct weekly reviews with collection executives.
- Conduct background and reference checks of agencies/DMAs being appointed.
- Constantly evaluate DMAs and agencies.
- Identify and manage training needs for Collection Executives.
- Support collection officers in legal and police issues.
- Drive successful field implementation of CHAMPION CHAMPION collection.
- Conduct random customer visits.

Required Qualifications and Experience- Graduation with 7 to 8 years or MBA with 3 years of relevant experience.
- People management skills.
- Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
- Excellent relationship skills.
- Affirmative in nature, strong leadership skills, clarity of thought, and perseverance.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and must be a self-starter.
- Working knowledge of computers.
