The Global Head of HR will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the HR
function globally, ensuring the development and implementation of effective HR strategies that
align with business objectives. This role is crucial for scaling the organization by
implementing HR best practices, managing talent acquisition, driving employee engagement,
developing a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with local and international
labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with the
company’s business goals and vision, focusing on both global expansion and organizational
scalability.
Talent Acquisition & Retention: Lead global talent acquisition efforts, create a talent pipeline,
and ensure the recruitment of high-performing employees to support the company’s growth.
Scaling the Workforce: Implement strategies for scaling the workforce effectively, ensuring that
HR processes, culture, and talent management evolve to meet the company's growth trajectory.
Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a strong company culture that promotes employee
engagement, collaboration, and innovation. Develop programs that enhance workplace
satisfaction and employee well-being.
Performance Management: Oversee the development and implementation of a robust
performance management system to evaluate employee performance, support development,
and drive a high-performance culture.
Learning & Development: Design and implement training programs and leadership
development initiatives to build skills across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment
with the business's evolving needs.
Compensation & Benefits: Develop competitive compensation structures and benefits
packages that attract and retain top talent globally.
HR Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all local and international labor
laws, HR regulations, and best practices across the geographies in which the company
operates.
Change Management: Act as a change leader in driving HR transformation to support
organizational growth, scaling processes, and adapting to the evolving needs of the business.
Requirements:
● Proven Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a
senior HR leadership role in a scaling organization, preferably in the SaaS, technology,
or eCommerce sectors.
● Global HR Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing HR functions across multiple
countries with knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
● Scaling Experience: Proven track record of successfully scaling HR operations,
workforce planning, and implementing scalable HR processes in a fast-growing
organization.
● Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
● Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically while delivering hands-on operational HR
support.
● Cultural Fit: Passionate about fostering a positive work culture, employee engagement,
and talent development.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field. A Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP,
SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
