Should posses 4+ Years of Experience with Ruby on RailsStrong experience & working Knowledge of object-oriented programmingExperience in writing clean, readable Ruby codesGood understanding of server-side template languages {{such as Liquid, Slim, etc}}Good to have experience working with TDD such as RSpec or MinitestBasic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3Good to have understanding with concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTfulShould be able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one systemShould be able to implement automated testing platforms and unit testsExperience with any code versioning tools {{e.g. GIT, Mercurial or SVN}}Familiarity with development aiding tools {{such as Bower, Bundler, Rake, etc}}
