Job Title: MD - USA Operations (US Timings) Location: Remote (India) To be considered for this position, please apply and take this quiz. This will fast-track you: Compensation: 1,00,000 per month + Bonus (When reaching KPIs, etc, it can be 2L+) Job Qualifications High work ethic with strong accountability Agency and ownership mentality - act like an entrepreneur, not an employee Fluent English communication (spoken & written) Creative problem-solving ability Prior business/management experience Willingness to work in US time zones Hungry and aggressive for growth Key Responsibilities Business Leadership Take full ownership of running the business across operations and sales Lead strategy, execution, and management of daily business functions Manage, build, and scale teams Oversee accounting, taxes, and compliance Tackle operational issues head-on (e.g., logistics or vendor problems) Hire, onboard, and train staff Create and refine SOPs (Zoho and related tools) Work closely with senior leadership (Vipin) on critical operational initiatives Sales & Marketing Design and implement sales strategies Recruit, manage, and mentor salespeople Lead outreach and customer acquisition campaigns Develop and execute marketing initiatives Create marketing materials (pitch decks, digital assets, etc.) Build and optimize workflows for lead generation and follow-up Interact directly with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty Encourage and manage customer reviews (Google, etc.) Oversee digital marketing efforts What We Offer Salary: 1,00,000 per month + performance bonuses (When reaching KPIs etc, it can be 2L+) A leadership role with end-to-end business responsibility Opportunity to work directly with founders and shape global growth Entrepreneurial environment where you drive results and build impact
