Positive attitudeDelivering JoyRole Intro- We are looking for an experienced andresult-driven E- Commerce Product Manager to join our dedicated E Commerceteam.Requirements: Fluency in E- Commerce (B2C), Innovative, dive forresults. Extensive hands-on Product Management experience in MobileApp and Website. Google Analytics and Digital Marketing knowledgeResponsibities: Follow market trends to determine new or enhanced mobileapp features that positively impact customer experience. Involve in regular issues of website and mobile app tostabilize these platforms. Collaborate with cross functional teams (engineering, design,sales, operations, finance, executive) to set productstrategy, define and prioritize new features. Serve as subject matter expert for online commerce acrossthe enterprise. Lead the buy and manage flows within the app, includingcart, checkout and post purchase / returns flows from withinthe app Analysis the traffic patterns. ROI from email marketing and social media campaigns. Monitor market, competitive, and technology trends andcapabilities to shape strategy and roadmaps. Partner with Marketing team across areas of ecommercestrategy, site experience, buying & planning - relationship andalignment with IT and Executive leadership team. Bring to market enterprise-grade Ecommerce capabilities toscale and grow digital commerce. Run regular team meetings to check in on statuses of-ongoing projects and adjust timelines accordingly. Maintain a deep understanding of the market and technologylandscapes, develop a point of view on what impactthose conditions will have on our end users, and how thatinsight should influence our decision-making. Build product management documentation and status cadencecommunications. Communicate progress and status to key stakeholders. Make informed trade-offs to deliver solutions to themarket at a rapid pace. Develop end-to-end process for a smooth launch, execution,and success of the website/mobile. Partner with multiple internal stakeholders- Partner withmultiple teams within VGL to understandcustomer requirements, feedback and rollout plans. Coordinate and manage IT integration for smooth executionof the promotions. Develop Customer Wireframes. Responsible for acting as a bridge between the developmentteam, and the customers, in terms of the services that thecompany is developing. Prepare all the documents for business requirements,goals, metrics, etc. Perform usability tests and perform market research on allthe current and future E- Commerce projects. Drive business requirements through lifecycle of theproducts.Qualifications:10+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years inthe E Commerce (B2C) Product Management role.The Perks: The Great responsibility. A fun-life balance. Culture of openness and flexibility allows employees tokeep growing and gravitating to roles that fit their talents andpassions.” Attractive financial package for top talent
