Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to SME prospects and respond to inbound leads.
  • Explain Delhivery's FTL offerings in a simple, clear manner suited to SMEs.
  • Qualify leads based on client profile, business potential, and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate lead information in CRM/trackers.
  • Support Account Executives in converting qualified leads into active clients.
  • Share quotes, follow up on WhatsApp/email, and resolve simple client queries by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Consistently achieve daily/weekly activity targets (calls, connects, qualified leads).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
  • Clear verbal communication in Hindi + English (regional language is a plus).
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to understand client pain points quickly.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to update trackers/CRM daily.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on achieving activity and conversion targets
