Community Management:Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews.Monitor trends, feedback, and conversations to enhance the brand's online reputation.
Collaboration & Communication:Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, retail, and design, to ensure brand consistency.Collaborate on the creation of marketing assets for the website and in-store promotions.
Analytics & Reporting:Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media content, influencer campaigns, and overall marketing efforts.Use insights to improve and evolve strategies, ensuring continuous growth in engagement and ROI.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and copywriting.Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, ) and their best practices.Experience in influencer marketing, including onboarding and managing influencer collaborations.Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in analytics tools and performance tracking.Experience working with performance marketing teams is a plus.Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
