GM - Digital Transformation Program Manager

Qualifications & Certifications · Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Applications, or Business Administration. · Project Management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile SAFE are preferred. · 10–15 years of experience in IT project/program management, preferably in large-scale ERP transformations. Required Skills · Strong SAP functional expertise, especially in S/4HANA modules. · Proven experience in managing global digital transformation programs. · Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. · Ability to work in a matrixed organization and influence without authority. · Strong business acumen and digital mindset. · Experience in managing vendors, consultants, and cross-cultural teams. · Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
