Job Description

We are seeking an experienced
Technical Business Analyst
with a strong background in the
corporate
banking domain
to join our Kochi team. The ideal candidate will have
at least 7 years of relevant experience
and a solid understanding of corporate banking, core banking, financial systems, products, and regulatory environments.

While the position is based in UAE, the selected candidate should be
open to onsite assignments in our Dubai office
, based on project or client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Analyse and document business and technical requirements within corporate banking.

·       Experience in retail banking is optional.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to identify and implement solutions.

·       Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

·       Create necessary documentations, presentations and process charts.

·       Support the design and testing of banking/financial applications and interfaces.

·       Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience
    as a Business Analyst in corporate banking domain.
  • Excellent Corporate banking products knowledge including
    Payments, Collections, Trade and Account Services.
  • In dept knowledge of online and domestic and international payments and their structures and their processes including knowledge of SWIFT messages and their structures.
  • In dept knowledge of collections products including cheque collections, Invoice collections, online collections and other collection methods.
  • Strong knowledge of end to end banking processes and core banking systems.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and basic SQL is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to Dubai for onsite work.
  • Master's degree in business, IT, Finance, or related field. (Certifications in Finance are a plus.)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks like KYC, AML, and data security.
