Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wealth Management Trainee to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent post graduates or individuals looking to start a career in wealth management. As a trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience in various aspects of wealth management, including client relationship management, financial planning, investment strategies, and market analysis. Success in this role will be measured by successful completion of training and building relationships with new clients and building your AUM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new relationships with clients and build your AUM - Client Acquisition.- Create and Implement financial plans for clients.- Day-to-day tasks will include meeting with clients to understand their investment
goals.- Conduct market research and analysis to support investment strategies in Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds and AIFs- Prepare financial reports, client presentations, and investment proposals.- Monitor and analyze client portfolios, providing insights and recommendations.- Stay updated on financial markets, investment products, and industry trends.- Support the team in administrative tasks and project management.
Qualifications:
Degree: MBA (In finance or Marketing With At least 70% in last Semester)
- Any professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, CFP will be Preferred.- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, Along with good knowledge of investment & Finance.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to build and maintain client relationships.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.- Previous internship or experience in finance or wealth management is a plus.
