Job Title: Salesforce Developer / Administrator
Location: Bangalore, Chennai, or Gurgaon (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week)
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (3 months contract with potential to convert to full-time)

About the Role

We are seeking skilled Salesforce Developers/Administrators with 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and/or administration, with the ability to configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications to support evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.
  • Perform system configuration including creating and managing users, roles, profiles, custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Maintain system integrity, security, and user access across Salesforce environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high system performance and user satisfaction.
  • Assist in data management, migration, and reporting using Salesforce tools.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support new features, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Provide ongoing Salesforce user training and support.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Salesforce Development and/or Administration.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative (point-and-click) configuration and programmatic development.
  • Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Lightning Experience, and Flows.
  • Hands-on experience with user management, security, data management, and automation tools in Salesforce.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2 days onsite per week in Bangalore, Chennai, or Gurgaon).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
  • Experience with integrations using APIs or middleware tools.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
